• Prices are based off Zillow's suggested rate for the community of Paseo 
• Price includes normal use of utilities.
• Price Includes Internet & TV services.
•  Price Includes access to Pools, Tiki Bar, Pub, Bocce & Pickle Ball courts.
• Includes use of Golf Cart & Bikes on hand (release wavier signature required)
• Price Includes use of Onsite Hot Tub (November-April)
• A Hold/Security deposit of $2,000 will be collected at time of booking.
• A cleaning fee of 325 dollars will be collected at time of booking 
• Small dogs will be reviewed for acceptance by Linway an additional clean charge maybe added.
•  Price DOES NOT include the required state & luxury tax

It also reserves the right to accept or refuse any rental application with or without cause. Final negotiation of pricing and rental time is solely set and agreed upon by Linway LLC
