•  Price DOES NOT include the required state & luxury tax of 11.5% 
•  Price includes normal use for utilities cost.
•  Includes Internet & TV services.
•  Includes access to Pools, Tiki Bar, Pub, Bocce & Pickle Ball courts.
• Includes use of Golf Cart & Bikes on hand (release wavier signature required)
• Includes use of Onsite Hot Tub (November-April)
• A Hold/Security deposit of 2,500 dollars will be collected at time of booking.
• A cleaning fee of 300 dollars will be added to total stay 
• Small dogs to be reviewed for acceptance by Linway an additional clean charge maybe added.

Linway LLC reserves the right to change, modify or amend at its discretion this website, its pricing or any attached pictures without notice. It also reserves the right to accept or refuse any rental application with or without cause. Final negotiation of pricing and rental time is solely set and agreed upon by Linway LLC
